    Older style takeaway for burgers, fish and chips... Good coffee and the scones were fresh and light.

    My family and I felt like an inconvenience to the staff members at the counter. I asked for a milkshake and was told "Nah, no milkshakes today."

    We ordered and received our food a reasonable time later. The chips were okay and so were the scallops, unfortunately the calamari had the texture of chicken and tasted very wrong.

    There were 6 of us lunching and we all agreed this place gives you quality food with great value. And the burgers, absolutely THE best any of us have tried anywhere. The coffee was tops and we thought the man cooking and serving us needs a medal as he was on his own and brought our food out in very good time which is a great credit to him. A must try when in Nundle
