  What a delightful and amazing place. We thoroughly enjoyed the guided tour by host Nick who was a well of information and his passion for this mill made it even more interesting ti listen to him. It is really worth a guided tour as well as a look at the many goods they have for sale; lovely clothes for both men and women, tops, shirts, scarves, socks etc all quality wool, and there are gorgeous gifts for children by way of cuddly animals, books. Will definitely go visit again if in Nundle.

  A friend and I had stopped by on our way north from Sydney and we had no idea that this mill existed until the day before, but we were ecstatic to find not only a shop that sells top-quality wool, but also shows you how it's made! The shop opens out into the factory itself, and you can look down at the machinery that's been working since 1914!

  I would definitely stop by again. It's not just to check out the wool that's available, but also to check out a little bit of history and learn a bit while you're at it!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Nick obviously knew his stuff and was very passionate about the textile industry and about preserving the traditional methods of spinning wool. We learned a lot on the free tour. It was fascinaging and well worth going to if you are anywhere near Tamworth. Nick and his team are very friendly and nothing is a problem to them to make your experience enjoyable.
